HR Operations Coordinator

Summary of Position
Lionsgate Human Resources department is seeking an HR Operations Coordinator to support its Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs). The role provides heavy administrative support to the HRBPs, is responsible for select employee life-cycle management duties, and performs project-based tasks, in support of the team’s initiatives and overall success.
Responsibilities
  • Answer phones, schedule meetings, and complete travel and expenses for the HRBPs
  • Employee Life Cycle Management:
    • Coordinate incoming new hire requests for the Television and Corporate groups, and other entities as needed
    • Create, edit, and maintain employee position data in SAP Success Factors (HCM Application)
    • Maintain the orientation period tracking log for the Television and Corporate groups, and other entities as needed
    • Maintain employee files
    • Coordinate employee exit process for the Television and Corporate groups, and other entities, as needed
  • Coordinate temp and consultant requests including: on-boarding, off-boarding, invoice processing, and data entry
  • Conduct monthly I9 audits for previously terminated employees
  • Complete and submit employment verifications and unemployment insurance claims, as needed
  • Offer support with HRBP-driven projects, as assigned
  • Maintain and update HRBP files
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks
  • Effective interpersonal/ written/ verbal communication skills and relationship management
  • Must maintain confidentiality and interface with employees at all levels of the organization, as well as outside partners
  • Must possess strong attention to detail

Compensation
$45,000 – $47,500
