HR Operations Specialist

DEPT® is growing at a very fast pace and our main focus is to welcome some of the best talents out there. As a People & Culture Operations Specialist, next to the on- and off-boarding processes, you will be in charge of the NL People & Culture Benefits.

You work in a precise, structured manner and always have a clear overview of contracts, mutations and schedules. Within the P&C team, you are handling confidential information of Depsters and performing payroll-related tasks. You are always thinking about ways to improve our current processes, and you are not afraid to think outside the box. You are well-informed about everything DEPT® has to offer, and you are willing to answer every question with a big smile.

Responsibilities:

• Make sure that the onboarding process of all new Depsters is perfectly organized – from communicating what the next steps will be, to drawing up the contract, to arranging introduction meetings and so on and so forth;
• Implementing new processes and benefits
• Answering questions and being of assistance to new Depsters;
• Held accountable for updating all employee records in the HR system.

You:

• Are enthusiastic, ambitious and have a positive mindset;
• Have completed relevant education (preferably Human Resource Management) at college level or higher;
• Have up-to-date knowledge of HR and personnel/payroll administration;
• Are used to quickly and effectively switch between different work activities;
• Get energy from working closely with internal stakeholders such as our Depsters, Team leads and operational directors;
• Are punctual, proactive and can work well independently;
• Communicate clearly, completely and on time;
• Have a good command of the English and Dutch language, both in speech and in writing;
• Are available 32 to 40 hours per week.
