HR Operations Specialist

What you'll do:

HR Operations

  • Assist with onboarding from post-offer acceptance through day 1 new hire orientation and beyond
  • While we hate to see any of our employees go, you'll support the offboarding process ensuring the termination process is completed and overseeing the retrieval of equipment
  • Partner with business unit, HRBP and workforce administration team to complete employee changes in our system of record
  • Answer day-to-day questions to help employees find continued success within the company through our ServiceNow ticketing system, examples include but are not limited to:
    • Payroll inquiries
    • Benefits inquiries
    • Leave of Absence inquiries
    • General inquiries
  • Creates exports and reports to process payroll, including data entry changes and ensuring the receipt of all applicable documentation and approvals
  • Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards or regulations
  • Support the Leave of Absence processes, management, and administration
  • Maintains a high level of confidentiality with regards to all internal, external matters and other material as deemed necessary
  • Other duties and projects as assigned

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field
  • 2+ years of HR operations or related experience
  • Ability to interface and communicate effectively with all levels of management within the organization
  • Proven hands-on experience with a strong work ethic and exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data trends
  • Able to multi-task to manage priorities and workflow
  • Ability to function in a deadline driven, fast-paced and ever changing environment
  • Can-do positive attitude with strong customer service focus and timely follow-through
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and active listening, to effectively communicate HR information to both HR and non-HR individuals
  • Experience with Workday and/or ServiceNow preferred
  • Team player willing to pitch in, as needed, for the greater good
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, an agile thinker, and fun to work with!
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality in dealing with employee and personal data
The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education and work location. In addition, some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits including paid leave.
