As HR Policies Expert (f/m/d) you will be part of our Group HR Function. You will support the design & deployment of the HR policies strategy in Bauer Media Group and work closely with colleagues from all Bauer countries such as Germany, UK or Poland just to name some of the 14 Bauer locations.
This role reports to Head of HR Policy Management and is located in Hamburg, with the possibility for hybrid work.
Your Tasks
Independent recording and analyses of the global policy management from an HR perspective
Supporting the Head of HR Policy Management in the development of HR related policies and guidelines for both the HR organization and the business, as well as responsibility for implementation and application
Ensuring Business partners/Business heads are informed of the regulations and impacts on their employees
Be an important player in the designing and development of global and local HR policy programs
Secure formulation of policies and work agreements
Ensuring ongoing updates of operational processes and system documentation
Training of employees from different work areas, with regards to the application of policies and guidelines
Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements, and other documentation
Draw up training materials for the rollouts and operations of HR policy
Your Profile
Completed studies with an HR focus e.g. business administration, law or comparable
At least two years' experience in a similar role in a larger global organization
Ability to work with different level of stake holders and experience in HR policies
Experience with SAP and SuccessFactors will be an advantage, but not a need
Speaking and writing both in German and English on a professional level
You are analytical, project-oriented and have good Excel and PowerPoints skills
Being curious and communicative
You are a teamplayer but also do not mind working individually
