This position is eligible for remote work at the present time. The arrangement may be delayed for training or other job acclimation purposes and remains subject to change.

Your Responsibilities


As a HR Program Manager for Aftermarket & Customer Support (A&CS), you will facilitate, support and/or lead key HR programs and products, including those associated with the strategic A&CS People Big Bet in collaboration with the global A&CS HR team, A&CS LEAP team, and business stakeholders. In addition, you will:


  • Manage the Global A&CS Workforce Plan including report outs to A&CS leadership, collaboration with A&CS HR partners and business leaders, and facilitation of our Investment Committee.
  • Serve as HR liaison for the A&CS LEAP team, guiding projects, connecting their employee-led efforts to our strategy, and ensuring strong execution and communication for our employees.
  • Analysis of A&CS HR metrics and data to generate insights and recommendations for corrective action or innovation.

What Skills You Need


  • 3 or more years of demonstrated experience managing a high volume of projects or high-volume work, both strategic and tactical.
  • 3 or more years of experience operating with high levels of ambiguity, with a bias for action.
  • Highly organized, able to prioritize and work under pressure on multiple projects at the same time.
  • Collaborative team player with a strong drive to create a positive John Deere employee experience.
  • 2 or more years experience presenting to and collaborating with Director level leaders.
  • Expert at influencing without authority and navigating complex stakeholder environments to drive for results.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to use analytics (advanced Excel) with large data sets to generate insights and make recommendations based on the data.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Excel and project management tools.
  • You must be solutions focused, forward thinking, and bring a positive vibe to influence change.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% domestically, based on business needs.

What Makes You Stand Out


  • Experience and knowledge of the Aftermarket, Parts, Customer Support or Product Support functions.
  • Functional knowledge of HR, including HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Workforce Optimization and HR Reporting preferred.
  • If no HR experience, a demonstrated commitment to improving the employee experience, positive change, diversity and inclusion.
  • Experience as a people leader of salaried or production employees.
  • Experience leading and/or working with Employee Resource Groups.
  • Passion for diversity & inclusion and fostering a diverse, inclusive workplace.
  • Experience working with L3, L4 and L5 leadership.
  • Global acumen and experience working with global teams.

Education


Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:


  • Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline is acceptable)
