About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Regional Human Resources Partner to join our HR team in the Americas. In this challenging role you will provide coaching and consulting to leaders and sponsors primarily within the Sales, Sales Operations, Analytics and Marketing function of Gore’s Medical Products Division and other functions as needed. With good understanding of Enterprise and divisional business strategies you will be viewed as a trusted partner to help leaders develop their own skills across associate development, performance, change management, team development and conflict resolution.

This position will be located at a facility in either Newark, Delaware or Flagstaff /Phoenix, Arizona, with the possibility of a hybrid remote work arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.*

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 5 years experience either as an HR Business Partner or in a Field/Generalist HR role
• Experience in delivering work through effective collaboration within a matrix HR environment across different geographies, cultures centers of expertise, service centers and HR business partners
• Demonstrated experience applying HR tools and processes to enhance business outcomes
• Strong technical knowledge of HR best practices for associate relations and capability to develop deeper understanding of employment law
• Demonstrated success influencing leadership perspectives and actions in a virtual environment
• Expertise in understanding the impact and organizational dynamics of change
• Demonstrated ability to effectively challenge, influence and build collaborative relationships, to exemplify direct, open, honest behaviors, and to influence these qualities in others
• Ability to travel 15-20%

Desired Qualifications:

• PHR, SHRM-CP, or HR certification within workplace investigations
• Experience of providing HR support to Sales and Marketing functions
• Experience with influencing global stakeholders and work environments

• Remote Working Arrangements are permitted for Associates in the continental United States (US) and Canada, with appropriate approval and compliance with Gore’s remote working policies, from the country in which they are employed
