The Human Resources (HR) Services Specialist is a critical and foundational role to the HR organization; facilitating a virtual, high touch experience to our team members. You will provide excellent customer service through phone and digital interactions and partner closely with internal HR Stakeholders including HR Business Partners, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll to resolve issues. You will identify and implement process improvements and identify opportunities to enhance the team member experience in the moments that matter most. This role will heavily utilize ServiceNow to respond to team member inquiries and fulfill HR related requests.
YOUR IMPACT
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
Facilitate a People First experience as the first line of contact for team members needing assistance from HR via phone or electronically through the ServiceNow case management system.
Resolve or escalate team member inquiries related to benefits, compensation, talent management, policy interpretation, HR technology, or other HR related topics.
Maintain complete professionalism in all communications with customers
Write and maintain knowledge articles that will support team members to have immediate access to relevant information.
Conduct regular data audits of team member data within Workday system.
Coordinate with team members and global HR team to gather data and resolve problems; identify issues, recommend actions and provide technical assistance to HR systems.
Perform data maintenance/entry for mass updates during times of large organizational change.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS
Associates or Bachelors degree
Ability to work within a high-volume customer service atmosphere
Experience with ServiceNow platform
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) skills
Verbal and written communication skills
