Organization 03502-3, HR Solutions - Benefits and Compensation, is seeking an HR Solutions Benefits Specialist to join our team!
The selected candidate will be responsible for providing and guiding resolution on Benefits operational inquiries that are beyond the routine level of complexity. The successful candidate will analyze, troubleshoot, and research the issue, and takes appropriate action to resolve or further raise the issue to resolution.
This position specializes in policies and processes supporting Benefits functional transactional work and has an in-depth understanding of established policies and programs within HR.

The HR Solutions Benefits Specialist will work under direction from the HR Solutions Benefits & Compensation Team Leader to ensure HR service delivery is consistently high-quality and will collaborate with the Benefits functional area and third-party providers.

We work in partnership with employees, managers, and every HR function to provide simple, knowledgeable, and efficient solutions that drive operational excellence and business results.

Sandia is required by DOE to conduct a pre-employment drug test and background review that includes checks of personal references, credit, law enforcement records, and employment/education verifications.
