About HSO International

To meet the software deployment requirements of global, multinational companies, ensuring control and consistency in the rollout of their projects, HSO brought together a group of many nationalities in one team: HSO International. Over 300 professionals from more than 50 nationalities work with customers worldwide to improve their business processes by implementing Microsoft Business Applications.

The ideal candidate for this role will live in the Netherlands, and hold EU working rights. This is a hybrid role.

The role

  • Support the project manager in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Assist in the management of project resources.
  • Facilitate communication among project team members and stakeholders, including scheduling meetings, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, and providing project status updates.
  • Coordinate the preparation and delivery of project deliverables, including reports, presentations, and other materials.
  • Assist with risk management, financial management, resource planning and onboarding.
  • Manage project documentation, including maintaining project records, files, and reports.
  • Support the project and organisation’s initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or a related field
  • Basic Knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential
  • Should be able to work partially from the office
  • Good to have project management certification and experience with Azure DevOps
