As a Senior Power Platform Developer, you will: 

• Help our clients leverage the Microsoft Power Platform for their digital transformation journey; 
• Work on designing, implementing, and optimizing Power Platform solutions and guiding Junior Developers based on project needs;

Responsibilities: 

• Lead and participate in Power Platform implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment;
• Guiding Junior Developers based on project and client requirements, follow and support their participation and contribution on each project and client related activity;
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients, helping them maximize the value of the Power Platform;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet our clients' business goals;
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the Power Platform and recommend innovative solutions to clients;
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower clients to use the Power Platform effectively;

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Developer or Technical Consultant, with specific experience in the Power Platform;
• Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages. Knowledge of Logic Apps would be a plus. 
• Exposure to ALM Processes;
• JavaScript plugin development, Azure Functions and C# experience and knowledge;
• Experience with building applications against DataVerse, SharePoint and SQL and Front End Development (React);
• Understanding of baseline Dynamics 365 F&O processes and business logic;
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;
• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively as part of a team, share knowledge and lead other team members;
• Strong communication and presentation skills;
• Microsoft certifications in the Power Platform or related technologies are preferred;
