This position requires direct interaction with Producers, Account Mangers, Insurance Company Underwriters as well as Marketing Reps.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Establish and maintain relationships with carriers and brokers through meetings, networking and various other functions as necessary• Prepare submissions, loss summaries, description of operations for accounts, annualized premiums, net rates, etc.• Obtain necessary insurance designations as required (CISR, CIC, CRM, etc.)• Attend insurance industry events as required• Stay abreast with market trends, developments and products• Share knowledge and contacts with any unit, other offices or other region when they need help - Respond to requests for help promptly.• Provide advice to unit on marketing and placement of small accounts during strategy meetings and as needed• Meet with top 50 agency customers as needed – producer and manager discretion• Document all correspondence by attaching it into EPIC/Shared R drive Marketing folder• Familiarize carrier websites and online quoting platforms• Develop detailed knowledge of carrier forms, coverages and how it applies to customers operations• Review quotes as they come in and as directed to compare exposures, requested coverage from Acord applications, expiring policies and changes in premiums •• Be prepared to explain quotes and findings to Producers and Account Managers• Maintain Marketing Sheets and Critical Path Active Account List regularly• Other miscellaneous responsibilities as directed by CMO/CL Practice Leader• Excel Expertise:Utilize advanced Excel functions and features (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, VBA) to analyze and interpret complex data sets.Develop and maintain detailed and dynamic spreadsheets and dashboards to support business decision-making.Create customized reports and data visualizations to present insights and trends effectively.• Process Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within Excel and across business operations.Implement best practices for data management, analysis, and reporting.Department Account Management & ServiceRequired Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experienceRequired Travel: No Travel RequiredRequired Education: High school or equivalentHUB International Limited is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer that does not discriminate on the basis of race/ethnicity, national origin, religion, age, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or veteran's status, or any other characteristic protected by local, state or federal laws, rules or regulations.
