POS-P146As a Senior Project Manager on our Security Program Management team you will be a key player in the execution of our highest priority internal systems security projects. You will be responsible for driving the design and implementation of systems across the business, partnering with Corporate Security, People Operations, Business Technology, Compliance and Engineering. You will lead cross functional coordination, organizational alignment, roadmap design, dependency management for our critical security security initiatives.At HubSpot, Security forms the foundation on which we build, and the ideal candidate is passionate about ensuring that foundation stays strong. You will drive the workload strategy on IT security priorities, with an emphasis on managing partnership and collaboration across multiple teams, risk tracking, and reporting. You will work with stakeholders in the broader Security and IT teams as well as Engineering, Facilities, Legal and Compliance orgs to ensure excellence in execution with a multitude of projects. You’ll coordinate with leadership to determine priorities and optimal approaches to deliver on Security objectives.In This Role, You’ll:• Coordinate and lead efforts to improve HubSpot’s security posture for internal systems.• Identify core problems or opportunities within business processes. Understand the root cause and impacts for the project and other teams.• Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project milestones are met and security standards are maintained• Communicate and collaborate with the right people to implement timely solutions.• Make appropriate trade-offs to ensure we’re mitigating risk effectively, while building scalable business processes and systems.• Demonstrate your experience developing and delivering both large and small projects from inception to completion.• Collaborate with global teams to communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes regularly to the business.We Are Looking For People Who:• Have experience leading high priority, high visibility projects across large organizations.• A growth mindset and are independent and enthusiastic learners with a keen interest in security.• Are results oriented, high energy, and self-motivated.• Drive day-to-day problem solving, and implement effective action plans to meet priorities.• Have a track record of success executing on technical initiatives and working closely with engineering and operational teams.• Have an ability to lead, influence, motivate and coordinate globally distributed, cross functional teams.• Have excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills• Strong executer, able to dive in, take on many roles and get work done.• Are able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical individuals across all levels of the organization• Demonstrate maturity and great judgment.Nice To Have:• PMP or Security Certifications.• Experience in technical writing and control documentation.• Experience working directly with security or engineering teams.• Understanding of tools including Splunk, Netskope, and JamfCash compensation range: 118000-189600 USD AnnuallyThis resource will help guide how we recommend thinking about the range you see.
