Hubstaff is a fast-growing time-tracking and project management startup fully embracing remote work with a global team spanning over 30 countries.

We’re looking for an experienced Account Executive based in the UK to join our Sales Team. In this role, you’ll focus on managing inbound leads, booking meetings with prospective clients, and closing deals. What You’ll Do:

  • Manage Inbound Leads: Handle all inbound inquiries within your timezone, ensuring a strong pipeline.
  • Outreach & Meetings: Book meetings with potential clients through Aircall, email, InMail, or social media.
  • CRM Management: Document all activities in our CRM (HubSpot) to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct persistent follow-ups to ensure meetings are scheduled.
  • Quota Achievement: Close deals to meet or exceed your monthly and quarterly quotas.
  • No Cold Calling: Focus exclusively on warm leads generated through marketing efforts.

  • Experience: 3–5 years of proven success selling B2B SaaS software to mid-market and enterprise clients (required).
  • English Proficiency: Exceptional written and verbal English skills (required).
  • Sales Skills: Ability to manage a large pipeline, meet quotas, and close deals efficiently.
