Kissimmee, FL.GreenriotHQ: Kissimmee, Florida, SpainRemote jobPosted on: Jul 29Are you an Influencer Manager who wants to make an impact on the world?We are launching our app in November-December and an Influencer Manager is crucial for executing our launch strategy.We are looking for someone who:Knows how to transform ideas into influencer campaigns that shine with originality.Has at least 2 years of experience in similar positions as an Influencer Manager in B2C campaigns.Has knowledge or interest in sustainability and the circular economy.Must have advanced spoken English and Spanish.What do we offer?Opportunity to grow professionally with a high-potential startup.Salary based on equity until we secure a funding round.Full remote work.As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:Designing, conceptualizing, managing, and executing influencer marketing strategies from start to finish: initial thinking, research and profile search, contacting influencers, developing the briefing and negotiating agreements, campaign content, managing publications, reviewing statistics, all in collaboration with the rest of the team.Your main tasks will be:Participate in defining the influencer marketing strategy.Day-to-day management with the team and influencers: selection process, negotiation, contracting, and campaign results tracking.Add value by identifying opportunities, trends, and other aspects that can enhance the strategy.Prepare proposals and formalize agreements.Generate new contacts and maintain and cultivate existing ones.Detect new opportunities.Draw conclusions from data analysis.Requirements:Passion for social media and content creation.Excellent spoken and written communication.Proficiency in social media analysis tools and platforms to track performance metrics, analyze data, and derive actionable insights and opportunities.Strategic mindset with the ability to identify emerging trends, seize opportunities, and promote continuous improvement in social media initiatives.Ability to create engaging and compelling content that aligns with the brand's voice and tone.Use of social media management and strategy tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to take on challenges and learn.Organizational skills and attention to detail.Positive attitude and adaptability in a changing environment.We will start working in September to launch the app in November.
