Responsibilities

Manage a steady volume of inbound customer inquiries
Work cross-functionally with internal and external partners
Service a geographically diverse customer base
Provide best in class customer service
Manage caseload and follow up with customers

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Some college experience preferred
