CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking an HR Business Partner to join our Corporate – Human Resources group in Fort Washington, PA.

CHA believes our employees should have the time and flexibility to balance work and personal commitments. This role provides the option of a hybrid schedule with a work week that includes both office and work from home days.

The HR Business Partner is responsible for aligning business objectives with people strategy within their business sector. This position serves as a consultant to management and a resource to employees on human resource-related issues. The successful candidate will act as an employee champion, business partner to the management team, and change agent. The HR Business Partner assesses and anticipates HR-related needs, communicates proactively, seeks to develop integrated solutions, and formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field required.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Human Resources resolving employee issues and supporting managers
  • Ability to work in an organization with a culture that moves quickly yet does not sacrifice quality while working in this fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, optimistic, action-oriented individual with a ‘can do’ mentality.
  • Confident individual with outstanding learning agility who responds to feedback openly, always looking for ways to improve and learn new ways to do things more effectively.
  • Strong working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, & Power Point.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven relationship-building ability
  • Well-spoken and provides a professional presence
  • Experience working with integrating acquired organizations is preferred
  • Knows and leverages industry best-practices and trends.
  • Leadership potential to mentor others
  • Ability to travel occasionally
