Boys & Girls Clubs of Garden Grove is looking to hire a Human Resources Assistant!

Human Resources Assistants assists with the hiring process and administrative duties throughout the hiring process for Boys & Girls Clubs of Garden Grove, which includes screening resumes/applications, online interviews, phone interviews, and other administrative tasks in an accurate and secure manner, while ensuring federal, state and local laws are upheld.

Location:

Family Campus Administrative Office - Garden Grove, CA

Schedule/Pay:

Part Time, 20-25hrs/wk

M-F, flexible schedule between the hours of 10:00am-5:00pm

$18.50/hour

Qualifications:

High school diploma; currently enrolled in a Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or other related program is highly preferred

Must be able to communicate efficiently, positively and professionally through all forms of communication

Must have knowledge of and ability to utilize Microsoft Office and have satisfactory computer skills

Knowledge of or experience working or volunteering with youth in an after school setting is highly preferred

Must clear screening, background check and onboarding process
