Responsibilities include conducting external market analyses, reviewing and updating job profiles, and managing and updating compensation data analyses and information. Provides analytical support on ad-hoc compensation consulting projects and reporting. Responsible for market research and advising on compensation internationally. (Hybrid role)

Salary Details
The starting base salary for this New York position is expected to be between $85,000 to $100,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other-job related factors, consistent with applicable law.
