Job Title: Human Resources Generalist
We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Generalist to join our team and provide HR support, focusing on the Americas regions. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in managing various human resources functions within our organization. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of HR activities, including onboarding, systems, benefits, employee relations, performance management & training, policy development, and compliance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth functioning of HR operations and contribute to the overall success of our organization. This position will partner closely with our Sr. HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Total Rewards, and global HR team.
This remote role will be based in the United States and report to our Senior Human Resources Business Partner.
What You’ll Do:
  • Support HR priorities and best practice delivery for the employee population (approximately 700 FTE) working in the Americas regions
  • Partner with various levels of management to understand business objectives and identify corresponding human resource needs; implementing strategies to support various business objectives and improve programs to support an excellent employee experience and employee retention
  • Partner with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Total Rewards functions as required
  • Provide policy research and ensure accurate and consistent application of all company policies and procedures, and related local, province/state and country laws
  • Responsible for supporting the onboarding experience of new employees, including handover from Talent Acquisition, facilitation of orientation and first day experience
  • Process HR Support tickets through Zendesk with a balanced eye on quality and timeliness
  • Ensure weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports are completed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Contributes on special projects and / or passion projects
What You’ll Bring:
  • Bachelors Degree required
  • At least 1-2 years in human resources required
  • Strong customer/client orientation in service delivery
  • Aptitude for data-driven problem-solving and foundational knowledge of HR procedures and policies
  • Experience working in a Global company, with an understanding of cultural awareness in different regions and demonstrated basic knowledge of international employment law
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated strong organizational, analytical and leadership skills required
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and be highly organized, action oriented, and collaborative in the workplace
  • Demonstrable understanding of the importance of employee and company confidentiality
