Job Purpose: To gain real world experience and exposure to administering Human Resources policies and procedures at corporate and possibly plant level.
Responsibilities:
- Gain exposure to the job responsibilities of HR at our Austin, MN facility and corporate headquarters
- Will be assigned an HR project to manage from planning through execution and management reporting
- Work closely with Human Resource Business Partners (HRBP), Talent Acquisition, and Learning and Development departments
- Administer HR policies and procedures at plant and corporate level
Requirements:
- Must graduate in December 2023, May 2024, or August 2024 and major in Human Resources or Organizational Leadership or related major with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA preferred
- Demonstrated leadership, accountability, initiative, analytical, and communication skills are necessary for success in this position
- Possess a strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial spirit
- Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States
- Applicants must not now, or in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visa
- This position will require access to and/or the utilization of a personal motor vehicle to get to and from the workplace.
Location and Hours:
- Position is based out of our office in Austin, MN
- Position is full time, 40 hours per week, beginning in approximately late May and ending in mid-August.
