THE POSITION: 

Our roster has an opening with your name on it

The HR Intern will have a diverse experience getting to work with and collaborate across different areas of our people organization. They’ll work closely with our DEI Senior Director to understand where FanDuel is in building and executing our DEI strategies. This will include working with our Employee Resource Groups (ERG). The intern will also have the chance to see our Human Resources and Talent Acquisition teams in action.


THE GAME PLAN:

Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Work closely with our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure DEI goal alignment.
  • Assist in planning DEI workshops, training, and events.
  • Proactively seek out internal opportunities for DEI partnership and process improvements
  • Partner with TA and Marketing to find/create ways to share our company culture externally.
  • Project management of DEI and/or other HR functional initiatives


THE STATS:

What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • Currently in pursuit of a bachelor’s or master’s degree with expected graduation date between Dec 2023 – June 2024
  • Preferred fields of study include Human Resource Management, Business Management, General Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, or Human Capital.
  • Knowledge, skills, abilities, & experience preferred:
  • Building relationships and rapport with business stakeholders
  • Understanding and interpreting company processes and policies in relation to state and federal laws
  • Ability to work independently and lead specific projects or initiatives

The hourly rate for this internship position is $25.00.
