If so, Radio Systems Corporation is seeking a highly talented HR Manager for our Invisible Fence Brand Team in Knoxville TN! This position will develop, implement, and align HR programs with business objectives, serving as a strategic partner to Invisible Fence® Brand Managers and leaders while supporting teammates in their day-to-day HR needs. The HR Manager will also serve as a consultant for management and teammates on all issues related to human resources. RSC offers a hybrid work enviroment, and position will be based at our Corporate office in Knoxville.

  • Member of Invisible Fence® Brand Leadership team
  • Assist Invisible Fence® Brand with evaluating and improving operational strategies and initiatives including compensation management and workforce planning.
  • Maintain awareness of the culture, plans, financial position, and competition of the assigned departments
  • Analyze trends and metrics from survey data and collaborate with leadership for continuous improvement.
  • Review and maintain IFB HR KPI’s to create action plans around desired results and trends; turnover, recruiting, safety.
  • Serve as a Human Resources Business Partner to Invisible Fence® Brand and as a backup as needed with other departments.
  • Mediate and resolve basic and complex teammate relations issues and address grievances.
  • Provide consultative guidance and coaching to managers and teammates on HR-related issues with alignment to corporate policies, goals, and objectives.
  • Train and support managers on HR processes and HRIS
  • Partner with Invisible Fence® Brand on change initiatives
  • Partner with managers on performance improvement plans and terminations.
  • Work closely with managers and teammates to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
  • Conduct check-ins with each assigned Director and/or manager.
  • Conduct stay and exit interview surveys as needed.
  • Provide HR related communication to Invisible Fence® Brand.
  • Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring across HR team.
  • Manage IFB Safety and Coordinator
  • Special Projects as requested.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management preferred or a related field
  • 7+ years’ experience in Human Resources
  • Perceptive person, who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels
  • Extensive knowledge of personnel policies and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
  • Must have the ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve complex problems or issues
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work with minimal supervision
  • Maintains strict confidentiality both internally and externally
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Professional-level Business Acumen
  • PHR or CP Certification required
  • Some travel might be required

  • Serve as a model for the RSC behaviors and Core Values

Relationships:

  • Reports to VP and Chief People Officer
  • Works closely with the US HR team,
  • Works closely with Invisible Fence® Brand Directors, Managers, and Teammates
