Become a part of our caring community and help us put health firstThe Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Processor prepares, records, verifies, analyzes and reports accounts payable/receivable transactions.Job Functions:• Provides exceptional Customer service to patients, insurance, and clients.• Collects patient payments, other duties as assigned.• Ability to interpret insurance payments and correspondence.• Responds to internal and patient inquiries.• Ability to process billing records within set timeframe.• Meets departmental quality and production standards.• Works in a team setting environment.• Decisions are typically focus on interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments.• Meets and exceeds performance expectations and completes work within the required time frames.• Works within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards but has some latitude over prioritization/timing.• Follows standard policies/practices.
