Become a part of our caring community and help us put health firstThe Organization Effectiveness Professional 2 optimizes the effectiveness of a business unit, or team through learning and knowledge organizational responsibilities. Analyze the internal structure of the organization and create strategies to maximize process work output and effectively utilize technology tools. The Organization Effectiveness Professional 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.The Organization Effectiveness Professional 2 reviews the organizational structure, determines changes to organizational responsibilities, staffing, managerial skills and the quality of work life. Ensures policy/program changes affecting employees do not conflict with the organization's objectives. May develop change management strategies, design and implement development programs, and drive talent mobility initiatives. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.Responsibilities :• Support/oversight for contract facilitators and internal business SME trainers, onboarding, development and year-round training support.• Coordination of business SME's with Enterprise Operational Enablement curriculum team.• Collaborate with the team to document process flows and requirements.• Triage and assign all incoming work requests related to process experiences.• Deliver learning experiences as a backup facilitator when Business Facilitators are unavailable.• Draft and publish staff announcements, FAQs, talking points, etc., to support knowledge initiatives.• Complete and maintain inventories of processes to ensure accuracy and availability.• Maintain repository lists for all resources and tools available in SharePoint, updating as needed.Use your skills to make an impactRequired Qualifications• 4 or more years of experience in learning and/or training coordination/facilitation• Masters degree in Learning and Performance, Education, Human Resources Management, Performance Consulting, Industrial/Organizational Development, Conflict Management or related field• Adept in using technology and content writing techniques to simplify processes and engage users• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills, communicating effectively with leaders, team members, and other associates in the organization• o Building professional rapport• o Have a clear understanding of professional boundaries• Ability to work independently, with minimal guidance• Ability to work with project stakeholders, regional teams and corporate leaders at all levels in the organization in a collaborative, team environment• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and/or Teams• Ability to support and work in an agile environment• Ability to express business problems by initiating business solutionsPreferred Qualifications• Experience working within a Contact Center/Member Services setting• Prior/recent Project management experience and/or PMP certification• Proficiency with SharePoint (Building or editing content)• Experience using a wide variety of writing tools to effectively design processes to a wide audience• Experience managing projects or implementations• Prior experience with measuring learning solutions and tying to performanceAdditional InformationWork Style : RemoteWork Hours : The hours are Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm EST, with flexibility outside of regular hoursHireVue Statement : As part of our hiring process for this opportunity, we will be using an exciting interviewing technology called HireVue to enhance our hiring and decision-making ability.
