Step into our newly formed mobile squad as a Technical Lead, where you'll be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and technical needs. Your expertise will enable you to effectively articulate technical challenges to the team while ensuring clarity around business requirements. Collaborating closely with our mobile engineers, you'll champion best practices that enhance the development process, helping us to deliver a seamless user experience within the Humanforce Work application.

You’ll be at the forefront of enhancing our HCM suite, driving exciting features that cover everything from worker scheduling to messaging services.
