Are you a self-motivated demand generation professional looking to join a venture backed, high-growth start-up? Do you want to own demand generation channels and work in the AI space? Do you love to talk testing and data? Are you looking for a high-exposure, impact and high-growth role?
As a Demand Generation Manager at Humanly, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth through strategic demand generation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paid media and events, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns to build net new pipeline.
You will report to the VP of growth and be a foundational marketing team hire, with a direct impact on revenue growth.
This is a hybrid position based out of Bellevue, Washington, reporting directly to the VP of growth.
Demand Generation Strategy & Tactics
Create and implement a comprehensive demand generation plan to drive marketing qualified leads (MQLs) in support of revenue targets
Establish and optimize always-on paid media channels such as LinkedIn and Google Ads.
Own and optimize the lead journey from first-touch to sales hand-off.
Events Marketing
Plan and execute end-to-end event marketing campaigns, including trade shows, industry conferences and webinars
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution and follow-up
Testing & Optimizations
Test and utilize various channels to generate high-quality leads including social, search ads, native advertising, email marketing, content syndication and so on
Optimize channels and digital touchpoints to increase lead conversion rate
Data Analysis and Reporting
Monitor and analyze the performance of demand generation campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to the sales and marketing team
Use data-driven insights to improve campaign ROI and overall marketing effectiveness
Build a testing cadence across always-on and one-off channels
Collaboration
Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales goals
Work with contractors and agencies to deliver a stand-out events presence
Collaborate with contractors to deliver assets and collateral across demand generation campaigns
Work with finance and revenue operations to drive data-backed decision making
5+ years of experience across demand generation, with at least 3 years in B2B
Track record implementing successful programs that generate high value, high intent leads
Proficiency and hands-on experience with at least one major paid media platform
Experience executing or supporting an events strategy to drive MQLs
Strong understanding of digital marketing levers like PPC, SEO, UTMs, A/B testing and CRO
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Agency experience
Experience in the early stage start-up space
Certifications in paid platforms or analytics tools
Website management experience
Additional channels experience eg. Email, content syndication, ABM
