Huntress is a fully remote cybersecurity company focused on protecting small to midsize businesses from cyber threats. They're seeking a Director to lead their Security Operations Center team.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Global SOC Managers
Develop and execute strategy for the 24x7 SOC
Oversee investigation and response to security incidents
Define and streamline processes for SOC operations
Partner with other departments to align SOC with business goals
Develop and track KPIs for SOC success
Stay updated on latest security threats and trends
Participate in industry events to share expertise
Serve as escalation point for customer issues
Manage recruitment processes and departmental budgets

Education

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Relevant cybersecurity certifications preferred
