Helpdesk Administrator - West Coast US
Huntress is seeking a Helpdesk Administrator to support internal IT operations. They are dedicated to protecting small to midsize businesses from cyber threats.
Skills
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of security best practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
- Experience with Google Workspace
Responsibilities
- Utilize remote support tools to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Monitor and manage helpdesk tickets
- Address hardware and software issues
- Maintain and update IT documentation
- Collaborate with other IT team members
Education
- Technical expertise through education or certifications (like CompTIA A+)
