Position Summary
Huron healthcare technology client’s needs are unique and so we are constantly on the look-out for outstanding technicians with different types and levels of expertise and knowledge who can uncover, untangle, and tackle the biggest challenges facing healthcare. In this fast-paced environment, you will thrive with minimal oversight, flexibility, adaptability, and resilience. Your ability to listen and respond persuasively and masterfully to clients, especially in difficult situations, will help lead clients through implementation, optimization, and improvement of their Epic systems and beyond.
Our Senior Consultants partner with our clients to analyze and identify root cause of their most pressing issues and then develop and implement the tools and training to make them successful. The estimated base hourly rate range for this job is $50.00 - $150.00. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual rate paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The rate range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future
Qualifications
'- Full life cycle project implementation experience with Clinical Epic applications such as: EpicCare Ambulatory, EpicCare Inpatient (Orders and/or Clinical Documentation), OpTime/Anesthesia, ASAP, Beaker, Willow, Beacon, Healthy Planet, Cupid, Radiant or other. Additional clinical application experience and certification desired.
- Must have current Epic certification in one or more of the above mentioned applications.
- Ability and interest to travel as needed, although our model is designed to save money for our clients by delivering high-level services remotely as much as possible.
- Previous consulting experience highly desired.
