HVAC Installer (FT)

Summary:

As a Rough HVAC installer, you will be responsible for roughing residential homes in the Phoenix area.
Candidate must have 1-2 years of HVAC rough-in residential experience.
We offer sick pay and PTO after 60 days with weekly pay.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables

Knowledge of residential rough-in including installing new equipment, sheet metal duck work, attic and/or vertical splits (gas or heat pump).
Achieve production goals and meet quality standards.
Must have own Hand Tools and Power Tools
Ability to lift 50 lbs. frequently.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills and Experience

1-2 years of HVAC residential tract home experience.
Must be able to rough-in residential home with minimal supervision.
Must be able to read blueprints.
Strong knowledge of HVAC code.
Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license.
