Responsibilities

Lead the creative studio, managing both the creative vision and the operational flow of work
Direct and oversee the team’s workflow, effectively managing resources
Develop and implement SOPs to drive efficiency across marketing teams
Act as the main point of contact for internal and external briefs
Measure and report on the productivity and performance of the creative team

Education

Qualification in digital marketing, creative writing, or a related field
