Job Description

i360 has an immediate opening for a R12 Oracle SOA Apps Developer with experience implementing Oracle Federal Financials R12 for a federal agency. The successful candidates should have experience in federal financial applications and process development with Oracle SOA Suite, SOA, SOAP, R12 APIs, RICEW, TOAD, PL/SQL. The client determines the work location, this role is remote until otherwise specified. The client is located in Gaithersburg MD and work is performed Mon-Fri. 

Responsibilities:

  • Experience with JSON/XML
  • Knowledge of EBS
  • Hands-on troubleshooting with BPEL, OSB, ESS, BPM, UCM for integration issues
  • Ensure all service development adheres to standards, guidelines, and quality metrics
  • Document issues and resolutions to improve team productivity and knowledge base
  • Support production deployments and project go-live tasks
  • Actively participate in team meetings and collaborate on project deliverables
  • Support SOA and webMethods integration platforms across all environments
  • Installation, configuration, patching, and maintenance of Oracle SOA Suite12c in high-availability environments
  • Analyze requirements, develop technical design documents, and design diagrams
  • Develop SOA composite applications and web services using BPEL, business rules, and adapters
  • Design and develop Oracle R12 RICEW components for implementation and conversion of legacy data
  • Develop web services (using SOA) to integrate Oracle R12 with internal and external systems
  • Perform development using SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle R12 APIs, SOAP, and XML for system integration
  • Support the technical design of interfaces between internal/external systems and Oracle E-Business Suite
  • Execute Unit Testing and/or System Integration Testing (SIT), document results, and assist in test script development
  • Create documentation for data conversions and application extensions
  • Provide triage support for data migration defects
  • Configure SOA/OSB on WebLogic server and conduct performance tuning for SOA configurations and adapters
  • Assist in preparing work tasks, estimates, and schedules
  • Provide problem analysis, diagnosis, resolution, and post-implementation support
  • Configure SOA / OSB Configurations on Weblogic server and conduct performance tuning for SOA configurations and adapters
  • Experience developing with Oracle SOA Suite, BPEL, R12 API, TOAD, PL/SQL, SQL, Web Services, XML, Middleware, load scripts, UNIX scripts, Personalizations, Interfaces, Workflow, XML/BI Publisher, SQL Developer, ADF, shell scripting, reports, forms, OAF.
  • Strong PL/SQL development skills and experience with Oracle SOA, SOAP (Advanced level), Oracle JDeveloper, RICEW, and Oracle BPEL (Intermediate to Advanced level)
  • Understanding of Oracle Applications table structure and RESTful APIs

Qualifications

7 years of development experience within Oracle R12 applications, including building interfaces, data conversions, and application extensions
Experience developing with Oracle SOA Suite, BPEL, PL/SQL, SQL, Web Services, XML, Middleware, UNIX scripts, Interfaces, Workflow, BI Publisher, ADF, shell scripting, OAF, and reports
Demonstrated experience with Oracle technology stack, including:

  • PL/SQL development
  • Oracle SOA Suite (Intermediate level)
  • SOAP (Advanced level)
  • Oracle JDeveloper
  • RICEW
  • Oracle BPEL (Intermediate to Advanced level)
  • Oracle Applications table structure and RESTful APIs (Intermediate level)
    • Experience with configuration management tools and processes
    • Experience with design, coding, testing documentation, and code reviews
    • Unit and integration testing experience
    • Experience with the project implementation lifecycle
    • Oracle Federal Financials project experience is a plus
    • Experience developing within service-oriented architectures (SOA) using web services is a plus
    • Experience with shared service providers is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience  
  • Demonstrated prior experience managing, supporting implementation of Oracle Federal Financials on a federal project.  
  • Must have 7 years of knowledge of Oracle Federal Financials Applications ERP PL/SQL Development  
  • Demonstrated experience in Oracle R12 and SOA/Web Services development 
  • Familiarity with Federal application architecture policies and guidelines a plus  
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service skills  
  • Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and technical skills 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel  
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision  Must be able to complete a federal background investigation  
  • Must be a US Citizen or have a Green Card.

    Salary Range $120,000-$165000
