This position will be based in our HQ located in Ashburn, VA, Telos facilities in Fulton, MD or at contractor facilities in Charleston, SC OR Remote.

Responsibilities:

• Candidate will be supporting the Defense Health Agency’s (DHA) Cyberlog Team. The purpose of this team is to tailor the DHA Risk Management Framework (RMF) process to Medical Devices and Equipment.
• Provide assistance to system owner for managing medical device development, operations, and maintenance.
• Collecting required artifacts and assisting the ISSM with categorizing medical devices and equipment.
• Responsible for registering systems in the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS).
• Completion of the eMASS implementation Plan.
• Completion of the Privacy Impact Plan
• Work with the ISO to implement all applicable and device capable security controls.

Qualifications:

• An active Secret Clearance is required. Preference will be given to those applicants with active Secret clearances.
• Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science or related field, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience (6 years) and 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• A background in IT Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Systems Architecture, or Systems/Equipment Support.
• Meet DoD 8570 qualifications of IAM Level I or IAT Level II.
• Must have working knowledge of the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS).
• Must be familiar with and have a working knowledge of National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Risk Management Framework (RMF) Publications including NIST SP 800-37, NIST SP 800-53 and 800-53a, and other DoD Risk Management policies.
• Demonstrated experience with RMF Steps 1-5.
• Experience performing Information Assurance (IA) controls analysis, testing, and risk assessments.
• Familiarity with the use of vulnerability scanning and assessment tools necessary to identify and document compliance.
• Ability to identify and evaluate major applications, infrastructure, enclaves, and Enterprise environments based on accreditation boundaries.
• Knowledge of defense-in-depth and other information security and assurance principles and associated supporting technologies.
• Ability to lead teams and regularly interact with senior level program personnel.
• Capable of providing thoughtful feedback to the SCAR, SCA and other DHA Cyber Security leadership in to identify risks, communicate recommended courses of action, and recommend process improvements.
• Experience with DHA Cyber Security Directorate is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels are required.
