I&C US Government Agreement Coordinator
Title: Compliance Program Operations Analyst
Reports To: Senior Manager Compliance Program Operations & Gov’t Agreement
Location: Richmond/Remote

POSITION SUMMARY: The I&C U.S. Government Agreements Coordinator has responsibility for the administration of requirements, processes and systems related to the ongoing implementation of Indivior Inc’s Global Settlement Agreements with the DOJ, OIG and FTC as well as supporting the overall operations of the Indivior Compliance Program.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The responsibilities of this job include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Coordinate implementation of assigned core areas of Indivior’s Global Settlement Agreements
  • Collaborate, coordinate and organize document collection for reviews under the Global Settlement Agreements
  • Conduct routine touchpoints with business functions
  • Assist in the preparation of internal and external reports and presentations
  • Coordinate with other internal departments to ensure compliance with the Global Settlement Agreements
  • Track remediation of audit findings related to Indivior’s Global Settlement Agreements
  • Ability to lead discussions, resolve conflicts, and successfully advocate approaches that optimize necessary outcomes
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience:
  • Pharmaceutical Industry or Healthcare Services Industry experience required
  • Operational experience implementing government resolutions (e.g., CIA, DPA) required
  • Data or reporting analytics is strongly preferred
  • Process design and management (process certification is a plus)
  • Healthcare compliance program operations
  • Compliance-related certification preferred
Travel: Less than 20%
COMPETENCIES/CONDUCT:
In addition to the minimum qualifications, the employee will demonstrate:
  • Familiarity with legal and compliance issues relating to healthcare business operations and commercial and medical activities (i.e., OIG, PhRMA, FDA, FCPA, Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, pharmaceutical promotion issues, and transparency)
  • High standards of professional integrity and independence.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and process improvement
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills to work within date-sensitive deadlines
  • A high degree of endurance and agility to work through multiple iterations of work and quickly manage changing priorities and diverse subject matters
  • Ability to handle sensitive business information with the utmost confidentiality
  • Critical thinker, self-motivated with the ability to take the initiative, make sound judgments and recommendations, and monitor follow-through
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Growth mindset with a desire to grow and learn new skills and expertise
  • Ability to review and summarize technical data for a variety of audiences
  • Ability to work independently and make informed, quality decisions but with the judgment to know the situations where supervisory input is essential
