IntroductionYour Role and ResponsibilitiesGlobal SEO Program Manager, IBM Corporation, New York, NY: Transform content marketing towards customer-centric language and messaging. Build the appropriate content with customer-centric language to connect with clients. Drive adoption, enablement, and education of the SEO toolkit. Work with cross functional teams in content creation and optimization, analytics, paid search, and social media to drive synergy between different marketing channels. Run training programs for the enterprise on best practices and tooling to support outside-in marketing. Utilize consulting and data science skills to work with marketing teams to define requirements and understand their pain points; helping them use an SEO platform to choose the right keywords and build optimized marketing experiences; setting up and building enablement for SEO tools to improve organic search visibility and effectiveness in global markets; working with cross-functional teams to enhance and continually improve the SEO toolkit; working on integrations with various reporting dashboards, data repositories, content optimization tools, and social measurement tools. Required: Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Technology, or related (employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree plus five (5) years of progressive experience in lieu of a Master’s degree) and one (1) year of experience as a SEO Manager, Search Manager, Internet Marketing Analyst SEO, or related.
