Organic Growth Ventures Product Manager

Organic Growth Ventures (OGV) is an exciting new product/business incubation program at IBM. We are looking for entrepreneurial business leaders with product management skills, who will use startup management approaches to work across one or more ventures. The role entails taking business ownership of an offering, defining and executing all elements of the business model – desirability... feasibility and viability – by leveraging the OGV methodology, which is an in-market business model search process inspired by the latest thinking in the startup world on entrepreneurship. This exciting role will be like working in an internal startup (roll up your sleeves and get stuff done!)….and will not just be product management, but also will involve elements of sales, marketing etc. as needed to make each venture successful.
