We are a truly global team with members in China, Ireland, Germany, Canada, and US that provides 24x7 devops and customer support for various Watson IoT Saas solutions. Our motto is to provide excellent customer and operational support. This position includes developing automation solutions using scripting languages, providing high quality customer support for various Watson IoT Solutions, and delivering efficiency and quality to our overall Saas operations.Required Professional and Technical Expertise• Customer Support Experience• Scripting (shell, python, javascript, go, etc)• Agile knowledge• Strong communication skillsPreferred Professional and Technical Expertise• RESTful Api experience• devops tools such as ELK stack, Grafana, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, TravisCI• support tools such as PagerDuty, and SalesForce• Java or NodeJS development experience• Security tools such as virus scan, QRadar, NessusAbout Business UnitAt IBM Cognitive Applications, we build open applications that unlock the power of data for clients, partners, and developers.
