Ibotta is seeking a B2B Creative Manager, Strategic Focus to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. As a Creative Manager, you'll lead a high-performing team and spearhead the development of a strategic, proactive design approach. You'll collaborate extensively with company leadership and B2B Marketing partners, influencing every stage of the design process – from brainstorming with stakeholders to mentoring designers and even contributing your expertise to top-level presentations.This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.What you will be doing:• Craft and champion the creative vision for B2B marketing campaigns & events, ensuring resonance, visual impact, conversion across channels, and measurable results.• Strategically connect design to business objectives, aligning creative vision with sales and marketing goals. Articulate this vision clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels.• Leverage data and analytics to inform design decisions, measure campaign success, and optimize for ROI and sustainability.• Advocate for new trends, technologies, and efficiencies that elevate the B2B marketing landscape.• Lead the design of high-level materials for senior leadership, internal & external collateral, and overview decks.• Identify and create ways to equip stakeholders with assets and support needed to achieve their goals.• Ensure creative projects meet all marketing and business goals, bridging the gap between creative strategy and execution.• Help shape consistent strategic design standards & collateral usage, upholding brand identity across all touchpoints.• Provide and solicit constructive feedback that drives quality, strategic value, and brand consistency.• Foster a team environment of collaboration, innovation, and professional growth by providing guidance, feedback, and support, fostering their development.• Clearly communicate design ideas, rationale, and value to a broad audience, including stakeholders and senior leadership, while anticipating and balancing their needs and partnering with other departments to achieve shared objectives.• Embrace and uphold Ibotta’s Core Values: Integrity, Boldness, Ownership, Teamwork, Transparency, and the belief that a good idea can come from anywhere.What we are looking for:• 8+ years of experience in a design related role, with direct management experience• Direct experience designing for strategic leadership support• Technical Skills: Advanced design skills in PowerPoint and the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator and Photoshop).• Proficiency in Excel or similar software for data analysis• Ability to adapt designs to a variety of platforms and use cases• Proven ability to clearly articulate well-researched design decisions.• Skilled at prioritizing and managing tasks in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.• Exceptional project management abilities, including coordinating across multiple teams and timelines.• Be prepared to showcase your exceptional design skills with a strong portfolio demonstrating your work.About Ibotta ("I bought a...")Ibotta (NYSE: IBTA) is a leading performance marketing platform allowing brands to deliver digital promotions to over 200 million consumers through a network of publishers called the Ibotta Performance Network (IPN). Denver office perks include paid parking, bagel Thursdays, snacks, and occasional meals.• Base compensation range: $94,000-$115,000. Equity is included in overall compensation package. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.
