Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to inform treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement intervention strategies tailored to individual client needs.
  • Provide psychotherapy and counseling to clients facing psychological challenges.
  • Consult with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care and program effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records and reports in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Stay current with research and best practices in psychology to inform clinical decisions.
  • Collaborate with external agencies or healthcare providers when necessary to support client outcomes.
  • Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution.
  • MA state licensure as a clinical psychologist.
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting psychological assessments and evaluations.
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines.
  • Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate clients' needs.
