Paid Media Associate StrategistLocation: Remote US BasedReady to make a difference?As an associate strategist, you will support a dynamic team of paid media subject matter experts servicing highly regulated client portfolios throughout the United States. Working closely with integrated marketing partners, you will collaborate to bring energy efficiency and utility bill savings to residential and commercial customers, including under-served and disadvantaged communities in key locales within unique service territories.An associate strategist will gain exposure to various types of paid media platforms and offerings, collaborating closely with digital and traditional media buyers, data analysts, creative traffic managers, and billing and operations specialists. In this role, you would be responsible for leveraging paid media to drive results, contributing to overall energy efficiency program performance. If you're passionate about gaining exposure to various media strategies, paid initiatives, and an integrated marketing powerhouse, we encourage you to apply and join us in delivering successful and innovative solutions for our clients.Why you will love working here:• Quality of life: Flexible workplace arrangements, work-life balance• Investment of the community: Donation matching, volunteer opportunities• Investment in you: Tuition reimbursement, access to professional development resources, 401k matching, Employee Stock Purchase Plan• And many, many more (Ask your recruiter for more details!)What you will be doing (Key Responsibilities):• Develop and present paid media plans, supported by research and data, as assigned by strategy leads and portfolio managers on key accounts• Maintain campaign documents including insertion orders, flowcharts, and creative spec sheets• Support buying teams by analyzing and optimizing campaigns to meet client goals while staying on budget on a regular basis• Develop and present both internal and client-facing report presentations and deliverables• Research and identify vendors and platforms to become valued partners, cultivating and building relationships for optimal usage and pricing• Showcase up-to-date knowledge to aide in educating account teams, creative partners, and clients on best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends and updatesWhat we need you to have (Minimum Qualifications):• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, advertising, or related disciplines (or applicants can substitute one year of related experience for one year of education)• 2+ plus years of experience developing and optimizing paid media strategies and solutions; including internships within an advertising agency, marketing firm, client-side environment, or paid media sales/data network or related experienceWhat we would like you to have:• Working knowledge of MRI, Nielsen Prime Lingo, Strata, and/or equivalent media software• Ability to work independently, as well as in a team, and have excellent time management skills• Passionate about paid media and a design to be at the cutting edge of digital advertising• Ability to think beyond “media” and participate as a strategic and creative collaborator within an integrated environment• Experience with third-party media partners, as well as exposure to programmatic media buying• Knowledge of Google Analytics and reporting features• Demonstrated understanding of cross-channel media trends and innovation• Understanding of basic marketing and paid media principles; includes experience working with creative and digital teams in developing integrated strategies• Experience using technology to connect with audience segments; includes using media planning and buying software, social media, and analytics toolsProfessional Skills:• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite – Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint• Strong interpersonal and both written and oral presentation skills to foster relationships and provide client-facing deliverables• High attention to detail with critical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesWorking at ICFICF is a global advisory and technology services provider, but we’re not your typical consultants. The pay range for this position is:$59,837.00 - $101,722.00Massachusetts Remote Office (MA99)
