DescriptionHeadquarters Talent RecruiterTalent AcquisitionPosition Overview:As the Headquarters Talent Recruiter at IDEA, you will be instrumental in developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top-quality talent for our National Headquarters (HQ) teams. You will ensure a consistent, rigorously designed selection experience and a transparent candidate journey by building and managing talent pools, collaborating with business partners, and using data analysis to match candidates with the best-fit roles. Working closely with HQ hiring managers, you will fill vacancies with high-caliber candidates within an average of 60 days, by understanding their needs, screening candidates effectively, and fostering strong relationships. Additionally, you will oversee the candidate pipeline in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the recruitment process.Location:This is a full-time remote position based in Texas with preference given to candidates who live in Austin, Dallas-Fort Worth, El Paso, Houston, Permian Basin (Midland/Odessa), Rio Grande Valley, and San Antonio or who are willing to relocate.Travel Expectations:Must have the ability to travel up to 2 0% of the time, especially during peak hiring season (January-June).What You'll Do :• Provide excellent business partnership via conducting application reviews, resume screenings, selection exercise review, phone interviews, rejections, and submitting offers• Provide impeccable candidate experience by ensuring applications are reviewed and applicants receive communication in a timely manner• Participate in kickoff meetings and check-ins with hiring managers to understand their hiring profiles, specific competencies, and skills they look for in a candidate in order to build candidate pools, and support selection• Continuously identify and build new sources of high-quality candidates that match the desired profile for each position• Enforce equitable processes to assess hiring needs and identify high-quality candidates• Closely monitor hiring timelines and pipeline metrics to ensure hiring stays on track throughout the year and improve sourcing and selection processes• Support national staffing team members to conduct empathy interviews and pulse checks as needed to identify team value proposition and improve recruitment and selection tactics• Collaborate with the Executive Recruiters on the recruitment even t calendar and plan to represent IDEA HQ at national and regional job fairs• Leverage social media and other mechanisms for communication to attract and engage prospects• Create meaningful partnerships with organizations, engage with stakeholders, perform university outreach, conduct cold outreach, and post on job boards and social media• Manage Jobvite to ensure all internal referrals receive communication and are set up for prospect calls with appropriate talent manager• Proactively seek feedback from business partners to drive continuous improvement on candidate qualityWhat You'll Bring :• A bias for action and accomplishing key objectives on time• Adaptability and flexibility to changing circumstances and requirements• Excellent interpersonal skills, and compelling communication both written and verbal• Ability to manage through influence by building strong relationships and trust with stakeholders• High degree of professionalism, maturity, and confidentiality• Ability to track and analyze data to make informed decisions and improve sourcing and selection processes• Confidence in offering strategic insights and recommendations to hiring managers• Working knowledge of recruitment processes and workflow, and applicable data reporting• Ability to handle 10+ position types at any time across all multiple departmentsRequired Experience and Qualifications:• Bachelor's Degree required; equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.• Minimum 1 + years of recruiting experience including full-cycle recruiting, sourcing , high volume recruitment, staffing support, or other similar experience• Experience with applicant tracking systems; Jobvite highly preferred.Compensation & Benefits:Salaries for people entering this role typically fall between $61,600 and $71,100, commensurate with relevant experience and qualifications and in alignment with internal equity.
