The Role
We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to help us implement, manage and optimize our paid acquisition efforts. This role will be based remotely in Spain or Ukraine. As the first specialist to sit in this role, you will have the influence to help grow and shape our paid media strategy in partnership with the Director, Digital. Your impact on optimizing our paid acquisition efforts will be instrumental in growing our presence globally. This role will collaborate closely with iDealers across digital, creative, and other marketing teams, reporting directly to the Director, Digital.
Tech stack: ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, etc) and data analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Tableau, Google Studio/Looker, Google Ads Editor).
Our Interview Process

• Test Test (1-3 hours)
• Hiring Manager Interview (45 mins)
• Presentation Interview with Hiring Manager (60 mins)
• Competency-based interview with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (90 mins)
