Senior Behavioral Designer, Global Health, West Africa (French Fluency)

ideas42 is a non-profit focused on applying behavioral science to improve lives and drive social change. We seek a Senior Behavioral Designer experienced in behavioral science and project management.

Responsibilities

Facilitate project execution across all stages of applied behavioral design methodology
Contribute to behavioral science capacity building and knowledge management
Develop project plans and manage execution of deliverables
Lead project scoping and negotiate budgets
Contribute to grant proposals and policy papers
Supervise and mentor junior staff
Participate in internal strategic projects

Education

Master’s degree plus 3 years of experience or Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience
