• Background in identity and access management, web, and mobile development

• Provide guidance on best practices and configuration
• Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Troubleshoot implementation issues and guide customers through resolution

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent
