Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess the current state of IAM environments and systems by facilitating and participating in
interviews with key stakeholders and document review.
- Facilitate meetings with technical and business stakeholders to elicit business and functional
requirements and conduct business process analysis.
- Plan, coordinate, and conduct the analysis of client business processes and functional
requirements and the preparation of appropriate documentation to communicate and
validate the information.
- Review and analyze client and system data to evaluate the strength and usefulness of the
data and aide in the design/implementation of IAM systems.
- Draft and review use case, process workflows, analysis reports, requirements documents,
and other documentation.
- Work with IAM architects and engineers to assist with creation of design documentation.
- Develop test plans and test cases for IAM solutions.
- Perform document reviews for compliance with standardizes templates as well as checking
for spelling, grammar, tone, and consistency.
General Business Responsibilities:
- Communicate status including timely reporting and escalation of issues and risks
- Possess excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a team settings and multi-task environment
- Author technical documentation
- Perform other duties as assigned
