Primary Responsibilities:
-Facilitate discussions in requirements gathering, analyze business processes, and provide recommendations and solutions to clients
-Lead presales discussion, demos, and POCs for IDMWORKS products
-Lead, author and contribute to RFP responses and presentations
-Author proposal, Statement of Work, and other technical related documentation
-Deliver presales workshops and assessments
-Lead IAM Program and roadmap development
-Communicate IAM program strategy and success to executive management
-Lead architecture and design of new IAM programs
-Maintain sales contract templates
-Conduct training to the Sales team for technical presales processes
-Review and provide feedback on new IAM products
-Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on IAM during client meetings, workshops (Fireside Chats), and presentations.
General Business Responsibilities:
-Communicate status including timely reporting and escalation of issues and risks
-Possess excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
-Actively pursue personal development by maintaining and obtaining technical capabilities, soft skills and security specific knowledge through formal education, certification, and other avenues
-Ability to work in a team settings and multi-task environment
-Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience of 10 plus years as a Solution Architect with a focus on Identity and Access Management solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of IAM concepts, standards, and technologies
- Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as ForgeRock, Okta, Ping Identity, or similar.
- Strong understanding of cloud IAM solutions (AWS IAM, Azure AD, etc.) and hybrid environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or vendor-specific IAM certifications are a plus.
- Experience with advisory
