Job Description

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:  

  • Ensuring effective communication within Ignitis Polska and Ignitis Renewables Polska.
  • Professionally representing the Ignitis group brand in Poland (including corporate, PR, employer, marketing).
  • Developing a long-term marketing strategy and implementing tactical plans in collaboration with the business team.
  • Planning and budgeting yearly initiatives, ensuring effective implementation, and monitoring results.
  • Implementing digital marketing tools to drive business growth.
  • Partnering with agencies as well as the in-house Group communication team in Lithuania.
  • Representing the company in public.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of marketing communications and/or brand building experience.
  • Knowledge of energy sector.
  • Experience working with international brands and marketing campaigns, especially in B2B sector.
  • Ability to work in the field of digital marketing.
  • Proven experience in achieving results.
  • Ability to work as a self-starter and a team player.
  • Professional knowledge of Polish and English languages – spoken and written.
