Job Summary
Operations is vital in fulfilling contractual commitments from the point of sale through utility correspondence and monthly invoicing. Analysts handle daily departmental responsibilities across various sales channels and systems, ensuring effective back-end business support. Acting as a bridge between the business and its data, analysts need a comprehensive understanding of... operational systems and processes, as well as those of related departments. As stewards of accurate data, the role is dependent on deep subject matter expertise and adherence to protocols to safeguard the company's bottom line.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Manage a dynamic priority list efficiently, adapting to daily workload fluctuations across various tasks. This requires strong skills in tracking, organizing, and communicating as priorities shift frequently.
• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of sales deals, maintaining data integrity and honoring contractual commitments. This process sets up effective invoicing and minimizes financial impacts
• Integrate upstream and downstream processes to ensure data cohesively supports the contractual commitments of our Sales partners.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and cross-functional departments (e.g. Risk, Supply, and Finance) to review accounts, accurately assess impacts, root cause the issue and propose preventative solutions.
• Use internal protocols and processes to identify gaps in data process flow and react accordingly with emphasis on customer satisfaction.
• Conduct data audits using internal protocols and processes to ensure accurate positions for trading partners, effective customer management for Sales teams, precise invoicing for customers, and paralegal support for the Regulatory team during contract modifications.
• Train peers on entry level tasks to support individual, peer's and departmental growth

Other Responsibilities:
• Support departmental project manager in the integration of new businesses into IGS through acquisitions or integration of new teams.
• Ability to support testing of technical solutions and document feedback on what they are experiencing
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Required Skills:
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organization and communication skills. Highly detail oriented
• Comfort in managing multiple tasks with strong interruption processing skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook with entry level experience of Excel and Word.
• Strongly desire the appetite to expand their skillsets
• Ability to work with and contribute to team endeavors
• Experience with basic project mgt skills
Minimum Education and Experience:
• Relevant experience in end to end, operational related work experience (preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience operations, back-end office management, or related systems environment.
• Proven ability and desire to become an expert in a new industry or field.
• Energy industry experience highly desired
• Experience with EDI (electronic data interchange) is plus
• Experience with Microsoft SQL is a plus, but not required.

Salary Range:
$52,680.00 - $84,290.00
• This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included.
This role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan based on company performance.
