For more information, please visit www.igt.com.Responsibilities• Service, troubleshoot, and repair IGT electronic gaming machines and related equipment.• Assist technical teams with field installations, removals, conversions, maintenance, and game preparations.• Resolve technical issues, perform program upgrades, and conduct setup downloads.• Conduct comprehensive input and output tests for troubleshooting in different gaming environments.• Configure game options and test various devices across locations.• Verify pay tables, reel strips, and bonus awards in diverse gaming environments.• Install, repair, and maintain data lines, fiber optics, and telephone lines.• Test programs using various verification devices.• Support local projects, including new casino openings and expansions.• Document repairs, maintenance, machine preparations, power analysis, and pre-site work in various locations.• Adhere to documentation, policies, and procedures while working independently.• Maintain precise inventory records of issued parts for deployments.• Effectively delegate tasks to peer staff on system projects.• Share expertise with internal and external stakeholders on new products for local markets.• Interpret and apply wiring diagrams proficiently across various locations.• Educate local customers on basic game functionality.• Cultivate a positive image of IGT with diverse co-workers and customers.QualificationsEducation Required• High School diploma or equivalent required.• Technical or I.T. related training or education is a plus.Experience Required• Electronics, repair, field, or related industry experience.• Slots and gaming technical experience.Skills Required• Must be computer literate and have documented technical experience.• Knowledge and understanding of AC/DC fundamentals.• Ability, flexibility, and willingness to work varied shifts, overtime, and travel to client sites as needed.• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and have ability to work actively for entirety of shift.• Ability to read and follow policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.• Must be able to adapt to various jurisdictions and interface with compliance officers.Keys to Success• Building collaborative relationships• Decision making• Drive results• Foster innovation• Personal energy• Self-leadership#LI-SB2IGT is committed to sustaining a workforce that reflects the diversity of the global customers and communities we serve, creating a fair and inclusive culture that enables all our employees to feel valued, respected and engaged.
