CRM Marketing Specialist II - job 3 of 3
iHerb is seeking a CRM Marketing Specialist II to plan, develop, and execute email marketing campaigns for domestic and international markets.
Skills
- Experience with ESPs and building business requirements
- Knowledge of email best practices and Google Analytics
- Clear copywriting skills and project management abilities
- Bilingual in Arabic, Korean, or Japanese is a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute email, mobile push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS campaigns
- Build and execute welcome series emails, referral rewards program drip campaigns, shopping cart abandonment emails, and other lifecycle campaigns
- Report on results of email campaigns and optimize email production process
- Use data to understand customers better and improve communication strategies
- Collaborate with in-house teams and manage 3rd party vendors
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
